Step Programme 2026

Applications are now open for the 2026 Step Programme.

The Department for Enterprise initiative invites local organisations and undergraduates to complete paid project-based placements over the summer.

Undergraduate students in their second or penultimate year can apply for an eight week placement with various government departments, local authorities, local businesses or charities.
