A woman found dead in Devon has been linked by police to the death of a man in Hampshire.
Officers went to a home in Shirburn Road, Torquay, shortly before 4pm on Saturday following concerns for a woman.
The woman, in her 70s, was found dead inside the property. Her death is being treated as unexplained.
Police also attended a home in Hythe, near Southampton, at around 2.45pm on the same day. The body of a man in his 40s was found and his death is not suspicious.
Officers have launched an investigation into both deaths.

The force's Detective Chief Inspector Dave Pebworth said: "This is a very sad incident and we are supporting the next of kin of those who have died.
