A suspect has appeared in court charged with murder and robbery following the death of a young man in Aberdeen.
Austin Ironside, 25, was found injured in the city's Skene Street at about 3.10pm on Sunday 3 August.
He was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, where he died two days later.
Police Scotland arrested and charged Scott Adams, 46, in connection with the "suspicious" death.
Adams appeared before Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Thursday where he made no plea to the charge of murder and robbery.
The suspect, from Aberdeen, was remanded in custody and is due back in the dock within the next eight days.

Following Mr Ironside's death, his family said: "Austin was popular, with friends across the city, and would do anything to help others.
"He was always smiling and his infectious laugh brought light into the lives of everyone who knew him.
"We are all devastated by what has happened and would like privacy at this terrible time."
The probe continues and is being led by detectives from Police Scotland's Major Investigation Team.
A force spokesperson said enquiries remain ongoing and officers are "following a positive line of enquiry".
