WW2 aircraft to return to Manx skies next month

World War 2 aircraft will be returning to the skies over the Island next month.

The Fly a Spitfire company, based in Biggin Hill in the UK, will be at Ronaldsway Airport for three days.

As well as offering flights in a two-person Spitfire, the firm is also offering trips in an American Mustang fighter plane.

The company's taking bookings from Monday, August 17 until Wednesday, August 19 - you can find out more here.
