If you've been affected by family or friends with substance abuse problems, there's a workshop to help this morning.
It's the first time addiction charity Motiv8 will be hosting the Family and Friends event, offering practical advice from support workers.
It'll be held this Saturday, March 21 from 10am to 3pm at the charity's headquarters at 92 Woodbourne Road in Douglas.
