A woman will be sentenced next month after kicking police in a drunken rage.
Rebekka Lowther of Alder Road in Pulrose appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Christopher Arrowsmith at Douglas Courthouse.
The 24 year old admitted two counts of assaulting police officers on May 5 this year.
Prosecutor Hazel Carroon told the hearing Lowther had taken a cab to her home after drinking two bottles of wine at a friend's house.
Police were called after she left the cab without paying, and she became aggressive when police arrived, hurling abuse at them.
She assaulted one officer as she was taken into custody and another when she was at police headquarters.
She was bailed in the sum of £500 to appear in court for sentencing on September 24.
