A woman from the Island's given up trying to sell her £800,000 home - and is now raffling it off instead.
Anne Lumley's four-bedroomed house set in 10 acres of land had been on the market before but failed to sell, prompting the 55 year old to try something different.
She's now selling tickets for £20 - and the draw's winner will get the property.
Anne's set up a website, winapropertycompetition.com to sell the tickets.
