Police in Douglas responded to a crash yesterday involving a woman hit by a car.
Officers say at 2.25pm on Wednesday, emergency services were called to a collision on Ballanard Road at the junction with Park Avenue, where a pedestrian was hit.
The road was closed until just before 7pm last night to allow forensic teams to examine the area.
One woman was taken to hospital.
