A woman who won more than £6,000 in an employment tribunal against her former estate agent employer has been awarded another £1,175.
In January, Emma Clarke won her case against Partners Ltd, which bought her previous employer Plum Properties, over unlawful pay deductions.
Tribunal chair Douglas Stewart said the company hadn't provided information about commission on three properties she claimed she was owed - and so awarded the extra money.
And he said because of the way Partners had conducted itself during the case he was considering making a costs order against it, unless it submitted arguments against it by Wednesday, May 13.
