A Liverpool woman has been remanded in custody after being arrested on suspicion of helping a drug gang.
Maxine Dormer, of Cavell Close in Woolton in Liverpool, appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The 36-year-old is charged with removing criminal property.
She was detained in Liverpool after getting off the ferry in her Ford Focus on July 18 last year - inside the vehicle officers found £43,800 in cash.
She hasn't yet entered a plea and was remanded to appear again on April 25.
