A woman accused of carrying out an attack has seen the charge against her withdrawn.
Bethany Lisa Parker of Victoria Road in Douglas appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.
The 28 year old had been charged with assaulting a woman on July 5, but the court heard her alleged victim had withdrawn her complaint.
Prosecutor Barry Swain withdrew the charge.
