Police are appealing for witnesses after an incident in Douglas earlier this month.
Officers say it happened at 2pm on Thursday, March 15 on Howard Street and involved two drivers in a verbal altercation.
A black Vauxhall Corsa was damaged before both cars drove down Loch Promenade past Sam Webbs pub.
