Douglas Council says it wants to spend more than £240,000 repairing footpaths in Willaston.
On Wednesday, members will see a report to the Regeneration and Community Committee when a full council meeting takes place.
The report says footpaths in Manor Park are in such a poor state they're now a health and safety hazard.
The committee recommended spending £242,880 on repairs through a 15-year loan.
