Two weather warnings have been issued by the Met Office for today.
A yellow warning says the promenade and Fenella Beach in Peel could see overtopping at high tide today shortly after 12.30pm.
That warning runs from 10.40am to 2.40pm.
Meanwhile an amber warning is in place until 11am across the whole Island for localized flooding and heavy rain, with more than two inches of rain on higher ground.
