Weather forecasters say the Festival of Motorcycling's practices look hopeful for the rest of the week.
It's after poor weather caused problems for race organisers earlier this week.
Roads around the Mountain Course are due to close at 6pm this evening, and reopen no later than 9pm - if the session goes ahead.
