Coastguards in Douglas have released a new video of their work - and it's not for the fainthearted.
The rescue team's movie, published on their Facebook page, shows their cliff-climbing skills.
It was filmed on Marine Drive and shows members of the team climbing down the steep rockfaces there.
It was shot during an exercise earlier in the week.
