The Chief Minister says he's doing his utmost to make sure government is taking the Island forward.
It's a year this week since Howard Quayle MHK was elected to the Island's top political job.
He says it's a great honour to hold the position and thinks his time in office so far has gone well.
Mr Quayle says he will give a keynote speech in Tynwald this month to explain what has been achieved in the programme for government he set out in 2016.
