Motorhome drivers are being warned not to stay overnight on Douglas Promenade.
Department of Infrastructure workers have been handing out notices along the seafront to warn people of the law.
They point out overnight stays aren't allowed - adding there's a worry people will pour their waste into surface drains.
The letters say there are pay and display car parks which allow overnight stays, adding the Island also has plenty of campsites.
