There's a warning from health bosses after cases of scarlet fever were reported on the Island.
Public health officials are warning people to look out for the symptoms, including a sore throat, headache, fever and red rash.
They say it's most common in youngsters but can affect anyone and is usually treated with antibiotics.
If you experience any of the symptoms you're being asked to contact your GP.
