Manx Utilities doesn't have enough money to sort out flooding problems at a development in Ramsey, according to its chair.
John Wannenburgh faced questions about Gibbs Park during this week's House of Keys sitting.
Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper asked about what was being done to stop the problems.
