Braddan commissioners say people going to a requisition meeting about the building should walk there.
The meeting on Monday - called after residents collected enough signatures - takes place from 7pm, and is expected to discuss the cost of the facility and the local authority's 36 per cent rates rise.
But in the midst of a row with the Department of Health and Social Care about road access to the building, the board is asking people to walk there or use public transport.
On Facebook, they say there are public parking spaces in the area and paths to the Roundhouse from Braddan Road and Ballaoates Road.
