Port St Mary goes to the polls this week to elect one member to its local authority.
One seat on the board of commissioners is up for grabs when polls open at 8am on Thursday.
Edward Marian Cerowski of Lime Street will face Arthur Laurence Vaughan-Williams of Gellings Avenue.
The polling station in Port St Mary Town Hall will be open until 8pm.
