A marine wildlife charity is urging people to report sightings of basking sharks after posting a video of the latest to be seen in Manx waters.
Manx Whale and Dolphin Watch says the sixth reported basking shark of the year was spotted two miles off Peel on Tuesday.
The organisation says this year the sharks have been seen off Laxey and Port Soderick as well their usual locations off the west coast.
It's asking people to report any sightings of basking sharks via its website mwdw.net
