Devastating floods in Laxey have sparked an urgent question for Tynwald.
Garff MHK Martin Perkins will ask the Chief Minister what plans he has to prevent further floods in the village.
It comes following a major incident being declared in the town - with 150 properties losing power, cars washed away and people being trapped inside their homes.
He also wants to know if Howard Quayle will make a statement on the matter.
His question will be put forward in the extraordinary sitting of Tynwald on Tuesday, October 8.
