A serious fire has broken out in a warehouse on South Quay in Douglas.
Firefighters and police are warning the public to avoid the area whilst emergency services tackle the blaze.
Officers are describing it as a 'serious' incident, and say if you live in the South/North quay and Sea Terminal area to stay indoors and close all windows and doors.
The whole of South Quay, from Head road to the roundabout at Douglas bridge is closed until 6pm.
