A UK biker has denied speeding on a machine that wasn’t taxed or insured.
Justin Arbon of Birch Green in Hertfordshire appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Rachael Braidwood at Douglas Courthouse via a live video link from England.
The 47 year old denies failing to conform to a traffic sign, speeding, and having no tax or insurance on May 27 on the TT course in Glen Vine.
Mrs Braidwood adjourned the case until the start of his one-day trial on November 8.
