Tynwald tributes paid to ex government minister

At the first sitting of the new Tynwald administation on Tuesday the court paused to remember Martyn Quayle. 

 

Tributes had already been paid to the ex-Middle MHK in the House of Keys - he suffered head injuries in a fall and died in hospital in Liverpool on August 26th.
