Should Tynwald legalise and regulate recreational cannabis?
That's the question Ramsey MHK Alex Allinson will pose during the court's May sitting.
He'll bring a motion forward suggesting a citizen jury be set up by December to put together a policy based on a 2024 Tynwald report on drugs.
Dr Allinson's motion would see the body plan a regulated environment to allow the sale of cannabis for recreational use.
