Tynwald will hear how many teenagers have been prescribed anti-depressants by their GPs next week.
When members sit from Tuesday, Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse will quiz Minister for Health and Social Care Lawrie Hooper.
Mr Moorhouse wants to know how many youngsters aged 12 to 18 were prescribed the pills last year.
He also wants to know in how many of those cases there hadn't been an assessment or diagnosis by the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service.
