The Tynwald Hansard team visited the republic of Gambia in July this year to help train others.
The team helped set up equipment and deliver intense training to the West African Hansard department, to help with the volume of work.
The project, sponsored by the Westminster Foundation for Democracy wants to 'bring the parliament to the people' of the West African republic.
