Two men charged over an incident in a bar during TT have walked free from court after accepting official cautions.
Neil Patrick Brogan of Somerset Road in Douglas and Dominic Henry Mcgreevy of Strang Road in Union Mills were excused appearing before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
They’d been charged with disorderly behaviour on licensed premises on June 9 but prosecutor Hazel Carroon told the hearing the case had been reviewed and both had been issued cautions.
She offered no evidence and the charges were marked dismissed.
