Two people have been arrested in Douglas after a drugs bust.
A man and woman were taken into custody after officers found a quantity of what they believe to be Class A drugs in a house in Pulrose.
An amount of suspected ecstasy (PICTURED) was seized during the intelligence led raid on the property.
One male was charged with drugs offences and will appear at Court.
Inspector Richard Power the head of the Douglas Neighbourhood Policing Team said:
'This is just another example of how Neighbourhood Police Officers tackle the drugs problem in our towns. Their professionalism and the assistance of the public have meant that we are able to undertake these operations as and when necessary. The public can be reassured that the police will continue to bring criminals to justice at every opportunity and make Douglas and the Island as safe as we can.'
