The Island's ambulances dealt with their busiest-ever day yesterday, dealing with 82 incidents.
Manx Care says it's believed to be the busiest day in the history of its Ambulance Service.
Emergency crews helped more than 70 patients, with more than 20 calls triaged by the clinical navigator team.
Divisional Director for Ambulance and Transfer Services Will Bellamy praised staff, saying he couldn't be prouder of their response to what he described as "an exceptional day in every sense".
