Peter Hickman visited a fan at the Island's Hospice after winning this year's Senior TT race.
Patient Graham Whittaker told the charity it would 'mean the world' to him for both Hickman and John McGuinness to pay him a visit.
McGuinness went to see Graham just before the festival fortnight began.
Hospice says Graham, being an avid TT fan, was 'in awe,' with Peter Hickman signing photos and leaving him the hat he was wearing.
The team has thanked the rider for giving one of their patients 'so much happiness.'
