Police have launched their TT road safety campaign, with the return of the "Know Your Limits" slogan.
Officers say data shows men over the age of 50 are most likely to be involved in serious crashes, and in the last two years there's been a rise in the number of foreign riders coming to grief on the wrong side of the road.
They say this year there'll be stickers and signs around the Island reminding people to keep left.
This year's advice also includes sticking to speed limits, and respecting the roads.
