Hutchie re-wrote the history books last year, winning all 5 of the races, something that up until that point had never been done.
Just months after all his success however he was involved in a horror crash at Silverstone which saw a bike run over his leg.
The eight times TT winner is aiming to be back in the saddle in time for the North West 200 at the end of May.
Immediately following the crash in September there were fears his leg would have to be amputated but luckily this was avoided and he has made a miraculous return to health.
He says he is now waiting on the word of his surgeon before he makes any firm decisions.
