Santon brewery Bushy’s has come to an agreement with the government over the “TT” initials.
Earlier this week, it emerged the Department of Economic Development was threatening to sue the company over a breach of trademark on the letters.
Bushy’s claimed it had an existing trademark on the phrase “Bushy’s TT", which is used on T-shirts and stickers during the festival.
After negotiations between the DED and the company, an agreement’s been struck so both sides will have their trademarks recognised by the other.
