Trial dates have been set for a Polish man who's accused of assaulting a woman in Douglas.
33-year-old Wieslaw Betlejewski will stand trial on July 8th.
He's denied two charges of common assault which allegedly took place in the Villa Marina Gardens in September last year.
A pre-trial review will take place at Douglas Courthouse on May 10th - the case has been adjourned until then.
