A Peel man who's been accused of obstructing police on Christmas Day will stand trial.
59-year-old Neville Anthony Kelly pleaded not guilty to the charge at Douglas Courthouse this week.
It allegedly happened at his home address on Lake Lane on December 25th last year.
A pre-trial review will take place on June 15th - he's been bailed until that date.
