An Onchan man will stand trial after being accused of breaching a Sexual Offences Prevention Order.
46-year-old Martin Andrew Cleator, of Ballaquark, appeared at Douglas Courthouse on Thursday.
He denied the allegation that he had an encrypted computer in his possession on August 15 th .
A pre-trial review will take place on January 31 st - there was no application for bail and he was remanded at the Isle of Man Prison until his next court appearance on Tuesday.
