A Douglas man will stand trial after being accused of carrying out an indecent assault.
39-year-old Paul Joseph Crook, of Keppel Road, appeared at Douglas Courthouse on Tuesday.
He denies assaulting the woman at Best Cars on Market Street in Douglas on May 7th.
Committal proceedings - where the case is elevated to the Court of General Gaol Delivery - will take place on December 18th; he's been bailed until that date.
