A Douglas man will stand trial next month after being accused of assaulting a woman.
42-year- old Craig Alan Varey, of Belmont Terrace, appeared at Douglas Courthouse earlier this week.
He'd previously entered a not guilty plea to the offence which was allegedly committed on June 8 at a flat on Stanley Mount in Ramsey.
No application for bail was made - he was remanded at the Isle of Man Prison until the trial which will take place on July 13.
