The Island's capital will be getting a huge new hotel soon.
Travelodge have agreed a 30-year lease with the Tevir Group who are the developers of the Villiers Square site in Douglas.
The hotel chain announced today it will take on the lease of the 80-room hotel as well as a restaurant called 85 Bar Cafe.
Construction on the project is due to start in early 2025.
