Traffic management measures will be in place for two projects on the TT course over the coming weeks.
Hundreds of dead trees are set to be removed from between Laurel Bank and Sarah's Cottage, as government say they pose an immediate risk to road users.
Work on this will begin tomorrow (Wednesday 8) and take around 10 weeks to complete, with temporary traffic lights in use and a daily road closure from March 27-31.
A 10-day project is also scheduled to start next month to make sure the Mountain Course is in 'its best possible condition' for the TT.
Following this, resurfacing will also take place on Sulby Straight, as movement beneath the ground could cause challenges for riders a race speed.
A road traffic order is in place for three weeks from Monday April 24, with the exact date of the Sulby work to be announced closer to the time.
