Tidal power development 'a real possibility'

The people behind plans to create a tidal power development in Manx waters say they're confident they will come to fruition.

Manx Tidal Energy is one of the companies progressing the idea - here's chief technology officer Simon Piggott:

Government says leasing the seabed could generate around £5 million a year with no development costs incurred as they would all be borne by private companies.
