Port St Mary will go to the polls next month for an election to fill two seats on its board of commissioners.
When nominations closed, three candidates had come forward.
James Edward Helps of Bay View Road, David Vaughan Scott of Rhwenwyllan Close, Jean Marion Teare of The Lhargan will now battle it out.
The by-election will take place on April 18.
