It could be third time lucky for a local authority in the north of the Island, as it applies for permission to build a new sports hall.
Ramsey commissioners wants to build the facility on land next to Vollan Pumping Station in Mooragh Park.
A previous application was thrown out, and a second attempt withdrawn after objections.
In this application, the local authority says the hall would be big enough for an indoor football pitch as well as changing and shower facilities.
