The Manx government is urging people to take a Covid test before New Year celebrations tonight.
A spokesman is encouraging us all to stay safe by testing before meeting friends.
During the current outbreak new testing and isolation rules have come into effect and there has been a shift to testing with Lateral Flow Devices and self-reporting.
Official statistics show there are more than 1,800 active cases of coronavirus on the Isle of Man.
Seven people remain in hospital with the virus, with nobody in intensive care.
Let's stay safe this festive season.
