Manx Care's Termination Service now allows women to receive the entirety of their care on Island.
The service was first established in 2019, with the health body saying the first point of contact for all women needing advice on pregnancy options is now on the Isle of Man.
Previously, this part of the care plan was directed to the British Pregnancy Advisory Service and an initial assessment was made over the phone.
Although terminations for pregnancies over 14 weeks are treated off Island, support for patients will still be provided from the locally based team.
