The union representing Manx primary school headteachers has suspended industrial action amid further talks.
Members of the National Association of Head Teachers (NAHT) Union have been in dispute with the Department of Education, Sport & Culture over headteachers pay on Island.
However, a 10-point plan has been agreed following meetings between union officials and Education Minister, Graham Cregeen MHK, with more discussions expected over the coming weeks.
Since September 3 action short of a strike has been carried out by union members following a ballot back in August.
